Ready & Able
Ready & Able is a modification of the Engage 360 program that provides opportunities for children with disabilities to develop movement literacy through a developmentally appropriate curriculum that is child friendly and facilitates maximum participation, fun, success, learning and inclusion.
Objectives
The main purpose of this program is:
- To enhance movement literacy of elementary school children with disabilities
- To improve knowledge about movement concepts and principles.
- To enhance life skills and values through authentic interpersonal experiences.
